Hello Alexandra.
And about the investors has me.
I’m typing from Europe (Portugal) to know about the investors who had invested in Kodak (EK). The future will be bad. I’ve invested on 11000 shares and konw I don’t know if I’m going to loose all this money or, there any other solution that I’m not aware?
Best regards.

Hello Abel,
Here is a post about common shareholders of Kodak: http://brightonsecurities.wordpress.com/2012/02/03/eastman-kodak-shares/
I’m sorry to say the short answer is that shares of EK are unlikely to have much value going forward, but there may be some tax advantage to you. The tax advice we talk about, however, is for the U.S., but it may be worth reaching out to a tax professional in Portugal to ask about anything worth knowing about in Portugal. Thanks for the question!
